Goldmarks disappeared (I did not spend them accidentally)

Hi,

I hope someone can help since support didn't reply to me after 10 days.

I purchased 30.000 goldmarks on Dec 9, and on Dec 18 or 19th approximately 15.000 were suddenly gone. I'm sure I did not spend them accidentally.

This is very frustrating since it's real money I spent.
