Not Able To Build ANYTHING on ANY Map In ANY Game

I need help. All of the sudden I am not able to build anything on any map I am playing. At first I thought I missed a memo about new spy capabilities but it is affecting ALL maps I am playing, including fresh ones I started to check. I need help and thus far, the support ticket opened has been silent. Help me Please.
