Service Record updates

1 month...since i finish game...nothing...

There were times when u have service record update daily no matter what u do in one/more games at same time....

the stats update system is being replaced by a new system because it is not coping anymore. the new system isnt finished yet.

your stats will update ... but unfortunately it will take time

Actually, no date is issued yet till now.

I saw they put out a statement saying they were working on it, but could not give an ETA at this time.

I've been inquiring about this issue for the last year and the mantra has been the same: 'it will be fixed very soon. Can't say exactly when though.' So frustrating.

But that was when they updated slowly. Mine have not updated at all for more than a month, so I assume something different is going on.

I assumed they were doing manual points updates over the last year and were just getting slower, more nonchalant about it. Previously you could submit a help ticket and they would reply and sometimes you would get your points updated in a week or so. I don't think they reply to those requests anymore.

I cannot join most games because I'm still considered a level 1. i even bought gold marks. How long do we really have to wait? i spend $20 and regret it now.

Man, that's no good. My stats just updated for the first time in over a month, so hopefully yours did too. Maybe its fixed now.

I received partial XP (only 40-50% of actual earned) and Kills/Deaths and Province Won/Lost did not update.

Are you sure about that? Maybe you should check at stats with ai and with real players, there is a difference between that two stats

I'm aware of that. Across all metrics, I've only received about 2/3 to 1/2 of the points and stats I earned. Even on the games joined and won the stats are off. I've won every game I've played ever except one that I accepted early retirement, but my stats show 18 games joined, 5 solo victories, 10 coalition victories. I'm playing one game right now and my last game was concluded 3+ weeks ago. It should show either an additional coalition victory or solo victory.

It should always show victories as two less than joined. One for the early retirement non victory and the other for whatever game I'm in at the moment. At a minimum, there is a game (a victorious game) missing. I wish Bytro would just communicate what is going on.
