Subject: Still No Response from Customer Support – Hoping for Assistance Here

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out here in hopes that someone—maybe a moderator or someone connected to the support team—might see this and be able to assist me. I submitted an issue to customer support several days ago regarding a purchase problem (real money spent, content not fully delivered). Despite following all the proper steps and being reassured I’d hear back “ASAP,” I’m now well beyond the 3-day mark with no response, no follow-up, and no resolution.

I understand that support teams can be busy and backlogs happen, but when it comes to issues involving real transactions, I believe a more timely response is not too much to ask. This isn’t about a gameplay tip or something minor—it’s about ensuring that purchases are honored, which is fundamental to trust in the platform.

I’ve double-checked my email (including spam/junk folders) and haven’t missed any messages. I’ve also tried to follow up through the usual channels but have hit the same automated walls.

If anyone here has advice, contacts, or can help escalate this to someone who can actually look into my case, I would be extremely grateful. I’m really trying to stay patient and positive, but the longer this drags on without acknowledgment, the more frustrating it becomes.
