you need to build baraks best in double cities where your recruiting is faster (lvl 2 barask in double city-> each 8h 1 new soldier)

Troop creation
How can I make soldier troops faster? I see neighbors with 30 troops in a stack and 10 stacks but I can only create one stack every real life day, pretty much.
Is there any way to speed up the recruiting office speed?
