Why when im on pc i see what my unit is attacking and when im on laptop it doesnt show and it also doesn't show when the next round of attack starts

ok
so when I hover over the unit on pc it shows how long it will take to go to the place or attack and when the next wave of attack is and when Im on pc and I hover over the unit it doesn't show Why is that it will help alot if i see when next wave attack is please help
