Why is Global Chat filter Blocking CHAT when posting Forum Links ?

Edwylm freezy Perhaps this is a DEV issue? For past few days when players are asking questions and I post a link from the forum here on s1914 my chat is being blocked for hours this needs to be fixed ASAP.

I was attempting to share the Game Manual ( https://forum.supremacy1914.com/index.php?game-manual/ ) link and my chat was again banned today, so basically Bytro is preventing Veteran players from helping the new members of the community which are asking questions in Global and Help chat rooms.

Ok, I have returned to chat and was able to say hello, then I tested again posting the link to the game manaul and again was black listed, and a new Moderator "Avarita" witnessed this and thought he might have made an error in Banning a different player, however after testing it is conclusive that it is the Chat filter ( Auto-Ban feature ) and my messages are blacklisted for a certain amount of time following posting a link to the Forum in global chat.
