By day change it becomes 0, and the penalty increases i think.

Well that's bad news since that would mean I have to buy >15,000 ressources/24h and in order to do that I'll have to take 2 or 3 capitols/day lol.

well, just buy as much resources that would be enough for the whole day.

resources should be +ve during day change only,

so u can make

Resource 1 = -1500 /hr

Resource 2= +1800/ hr during 5 hr 59 mins, and at day change buy 2 unit coal, and change resource like

Resource 1 = +20 /hr

Resource 2= +280 / hr

this strategy will help to increase high cost resources,
