How to greatly Increase Defense - Flower Defense

With a new Bytro approach it became possible to use flowers once more

basically what you do- you increase def dmg and dmg absorption of your units by couple of times

put units in a town or on the road- do not attack, just defend standing in place then start dividing this force lets say of 50 infs into 50 *1 going into different directions from that position, but at the same time give them delay- they will not move from place, they will not attack enemy, they will reduce dmg received by 80% and they will increase def damage by hundreds% - beautiful, is it not?

more important - every one of them has fort support


the best use is to defend walled cities- I was able to withstand attack from 5 bbses and 3 lcs loosing only 2-3 units per round out of 40infs I had using Flowers


at the same time friend hit me in nearby town with his melee stack: 90 inf 90% 9 tanks 5 HTs 5 cavs vs 57 of inf 60% + 1 balloon and 2 cavs, everything on my side created flower

First hit from enemy- I lose 2 infs , he loses 12 infs 1 tank 1 ht and 2 cavs....he had also 24 arts supporting him which were killine 2-5 infs per round




Also use it during landings- while you land yo do not attack enemy defending shores, but he needs to attack you thus dividing troops will greatly increase your chances of successful landing, I would say tenfold. So what are you waiting for? Test it right now and show others how skilled you are in art of defense.


to check it is true compare strength of 18 units and 18* 1 units below- you will see colossal difference, gl hf

ok I am asking mods to create separate topic so original topic is not related to motives behind our work


I would also advice not to put in my mouth things I have never said - if Fury keeps things for her alliance it does not mean I do the same. My alliance is a test object and I never shared a single thing with them as most of them except one do not play game since years.You can easily check by looking on our last alliance game where I fight alone against enemy alliance.


But there are things that will stay with me and I will gate-keep them from Unbalanced Group. I met such a guy lately on Dominium speed map. He was spreading everywhere, intimidating everyone. Account active 25h per day so we know what is happening there. No thinking- just HNR 25 times per day. So I destroyed him using lvl 2 strategies that way he escaped from the map to save his stats. This is why we share lvl 2 strategies- so you can defend from anyone who may be avoiding game rules. We are giving you fighting chance to stay on the map long enough for a team to make their decision. You can also always give opponent hard ban with your army if you decide there is no reason to let him stay on map.


Your best weapons against anyone from the Unbalanced Group are knowledge, skills and experience. That way you can influence faith of 500 maps even with 10 provinces.

ps. I have no intent of going into any discussion in that topic any further, Topic is only about basic concept of Defense Flower. It works, needs some adjustments after last nerf . More info can be gathered after more testing. For now use your creativeness to update basic concept.

Is the delay of units reset or shortened once units are in combat or do you just mean that the delay cannot be prolonged anymore once the units are in combat modus?


What is the max delay time? was there not a trick to set a really long delay time?

Something has changed with the time allowed for delay which changes stance of the units from defending to attacking, even when going back and checking status I have seen this change, I have made habit of double checking things because some orders are not implemented, sometimes have to log out, then log back into game to ensure orders are taken, maybe a bug or maybe Bytro has been quietly changing the mechanic to destroy flower exploit same as HnR exploit has been changed??

first play many maps with regular flower to learn when to use it and when not to use it


then you will be able to judge when to attack with flower and when not to

My deffence flower was destroyed like nothing... 20 vs 20 infantry and after 20 minutes he has 4 troops i have 1... i even had fortress why is that?

this is some very good info though im not understanding some things what is HNR and what is a level 2 strategy sry for my ignorance im just trying to learn alot of this stuff and the fact that yall all know it is amazing and i appreciate yalls willingness to share it

Today in a game I am applying it. IDK if I can do it properly. Have 1 armoured car, 7 Half dead troops. They'll defend against A Lawrence brigade : Lawrence hero & 10 full health troops.

I Don't know whats gonna be the results, but keeping the faith on you as usual, applying my first flowering attempt. Whatever happens, I'll let it know here. If it works its fun but if it doesn't I take the full responsibility of myself & will not blame the strategy. I seen pros applying the same & it really worked against me previously. <3
