What can I do this counter this? These troops are outrageously strong I'm setting up forts idk if its enough what should I do?
Setting up forts will not help against them unless the enemy only has a few storm troopers and has to flesh out the rest of their army with other units. The best counter that I know of ,that isn't more storm troopers, is mass producing armored cars, as many as you can. If you need to defend in your own territory I recommend deploying Joseffe Joffre.
I wouldn’t rely too much on forts against Stormtroopers since they ignore the fort bonus. Try using artillery to wear them down first, then let your infantry finish the job. Fighting them head-on early can get expensive pretty quickly.
