Unfair ?
I played a tutorial map although I'm lvl 8
We all know that new player always have 20 troops for each province
A new player attacked me and then quit the game which lead to the elite AI taking over
The AI had 140 troops while I only had 80-90 which was pretty unfair as the AI can also think like me

Hello,
I'd suggest to build some fortresses at the bordering provinces. Also place only troops at the border and wait for the AI.
If you have enough troops there the AI will surely loose the battle.
You can also build some armored cars to enhance the city defense.

def flower with bastion defense should be enough to kill off AI
