Not completely sure if it is still a thing or is also in the rules for this one, but I believe inviting players into a nonprivate game that you have for a advantage was called WolfPacking, it goes against the rules.

We are a pretty active alliance, not a lot of players but active, I am already in another server with 3 from my alliance and we are rocking. My point is that we are always playing together to maximize our chance of winning any server that we join. If anyone is interested in joining us don't be shy, there is no level entry. Also our goal is to have alliance wars, so once we established an active team we will have a lot of fun.

Really, didn't knew that .. so the rule was/is never play with you alliance members in nonprivate rooms. Guess then we don't play together 
)

There are private matches and internal alliance games though. If you are unsure of something refer to the terms/conditions section on this forum if I remember correctly it has some of the rules like this.

Yes, wolfpacking is a thing. You cannot join a public match with a predetermined team just to curb stomp the map every time.

Though I would ask around about it as things always change. That could be allowed but I know for a fact that bringing them later into the game is not allowed.
