The only exceptions are based on a waiver by stats, rank, etc. it is possible to take a spot if we are full. If you are interested in joining message me at this same name. Update as of 3/21/19: The level is now set to level 35+. But the waiver is still in existance, we accepted a skilled player who was level 10. So it is not impossible.
