Deleted my Alliance... Looking for Active/Experienced Alliance to join.
I value Character, Communication, Cooperation. I do not have any more patience for self-absorbed or unteachable players. I play 15 hours a day and do Gold (but only for the benefit of my teammates and prefer not to HAVE TO do so.). I prefer games of skill not money. I ahve High Command and don't intend to play without it.
The MAIN thing i look for in my Gaming Communities is to not feel like I'm alone or investing into someone/something for no reason.
If you need more info about me.. ask. I run a Guild in a MMORPG and have about 100 people to take care of.. so.. I'm not looking for leadership responsibilities.. I just deleted my Alliance here. so. 
I WILL check the details of your current membership.. so please don't waste my time or yours with inviting me to join if you don't have people at least rank 40 and at least SOME High Command players. I am so tired of playing a match depending on people to do well and wasting a month and tons of money to lose simply because people wouldn't do the BASICS of what it takes to win.
I use Teamspeak 3... I have a server that I stay on most of the day because I run a guild in another game.. so i will not join Skype.. Ventrilo.. or w/e. I have a social obligation to my Guild (relational guild not just game stuff).

Funny you like discord over skype, I find discord an utter mess. I chuckled at the signup process because you said skype is inferior (click and play inferior?).
I have no experience with teamspeak though, so dont know if its easier and/or for a more mature audience. And MSN (best chatapp ive ever used) sadly doesnt exist anymore.
Anyway, our alliance might or might not be something for you. We are pretty new, but 3 of the players have years of experience in bytro games (1914 and CoW combined). We value fun over (extreme) competition. So no trolls or overambitious folk, but yes on a nice time together and try our best. None of us need tutoring - but we might be able to teach you a thing or 2

Ty for the interest. I'm currently being assessed (I guess) by Pax Romana. But, I'll keep an open mind until commitments are made.

Skype is soooo much easier.
