Application process:

Message Bobby Lee and tell him how long have you been playing, how often are you active and what can you bring to the alliance. And don't forget to apply to the alliance so we can accept you if you are active and comunicative enough.

If you want to step up your game a bit, join the Eagles and fly high.

It was an 11 vs 11 match. It's day 6 and we already have like 650 points. We need 100 more points to win and as a result, it'll end in like a day or two. :)

What defines "experienced" and "good"?

In other games I play, one is recruited by a group (aka, alliance) based on observed gameplay so "experience" and "good" were observed.
