I am still in the learning phase of this game. I am looking for an alliance to help me along. I am not new to strategy games and would like to learn team tactics.
I will be happy to see you at the Players League. I remember our games in 30K!
If you getting there some practice and the other players see how good you are. I think, then they will be happy, whe you ask them, to join they alliance. 
Indeed I might become as good at Call of War as a I am at Thirty Kingdoms. Still learning the ropes around here though.
