Looking for an alliance to join alliance matches

I've been a member since 2015 I'm not the best but I think I'm not very bad

so what I'm looking for

players at least should have higher than 1.00 k/d ratio

they should have ability to speak , I'm bored from zombie team mates

they should know at least basic tactics in game , most of players only know produce medium tanks and send them everywhere

is there any organized alliance ?
