If you go to a players stats page there is a button "Invite to alliance". Otherwise people can apply to your alliance if they know about it.

Made an Alliance but cant figure out how to invite people! :( HALP!
Was super excited to get the alliance going but then i figured out im either super dumb or this game just made it hard or its not even possible.. either way i need help! how do i add people to my alliance! ?

seems like the mobile app is super behind and glitchy.. anyway they applied to the coalition instead. thanks
