'The Alliance of Rogue Generals' (TARG) looking for recruits to Join
This is a alliance looking for strong members that are level 25 and above to compete in alliance war games and players that play daily and compete. I am the leader for TARG and a level 40 myself and looking to take this alliance as a top ranking alliance

He is looking for players lvl 25+. active players, wants to take part in alliance battles and his goal is to reach the top. Sounds pretty informative to me.

And what i meant in more information is how can the members connect each other by Skype or Facebook etc...
