Training alliance is now recruiting.
Hello all, I am recruiting new players for our alliance on the behalf of our alliance leader. You are welcome to join us if you have basic understanding of the game (you don't have to worry about being an expert as we will help each other on the way). You will also be able to participate in the obvious Alliance versus Alliance matches and learn from some of the best players in our alliance. I will keep this thread open for 2 months. Anyone who is interested will have 2 months to apply. If you want to join please comment below and provide your in-game name and then message me on private conversation on the forums, further instructions will be given from there.

well Im afraid its open again for training alliance 2. I dont wish to be involved with them due to the time its taken to reply to emails, and messages, I wish you all the best of ENglish luck to you.

I responded right away and sent you a discord invite within a day. I also sent you multiple game messages as well. You joined us and I assigned you a role an team the same day. I even welcomed you to the server. Sorry you didn't want to stay but you are the first and only person to say I don't respond to mail, you should see my mailbox! I was talking with and reviewing applications for several members at the same time you showed interest as well.
I don't have a single message from you about anything you posted here until after you left and I messaged you. wish you had sent me a discord message. Managing messages here is not as easy

Thank you Chris for explaining!
I hope that you understand us that we are working really hard to keep the alliance moving and I am sure that all alliance leaders of big alliances will have that issue. That will be from organizing AVA, managing/playing AVA, welcoming new members and at the same time try to help others. Alliance leaders have their own life and they are willing to dig out so much time for the alliance, I am sorry if you do not like the way we run this alliance but I just want to let you know that we try our best and strive for every player to feel like they are being cared.
