I've decided to strike out and start my own Alliance.
I am looking for active players with a reasonable skill set and the willingness to learn and play for a team.
So this means I need you to be playing regularly and logging in frequently when playing an Alliance match. You need to have a reasonable standard of English and use Discord. You also need to be able to play for a team, accept and follow instructions from the team leader in an Alliance game.
The Alliance will play regular training matches to bring all players together as a team and coach less experienced players. This will be a must if you wish to compete in Alliance matches.
A sense of loyalty, respect for fellow team members is also a must.

I am active, just short of being a Sergeant and am the definition of a team player.
Not going to get into any IM stuff though, I have a life and won't even pretend that this anything other than a game.
Could that work for you?

no, we need the IM to pass messages about the game. there is no other use for this. messaging in game is slow and difficult to pass screenshots.
the IM is purely for the game. it's not social media.
