We are an Active new Alliance looking to break through to the top~~

Hmm... You need to explain your alliance a bit more to get people to join. What are you looking for in alliance members? What is your goal? How will you lead them to the top? Is there any requirements to join? Etc.

OUr goals are short and sweet....If anyone goes to our alliance and looks us up it all explained right there....

You need to sell it better... Make the the first post all fancy and what not. If people are looking it up here, give them a good reason why they should look up your alliance.
