Bombaring convoys.
There is an enemy convoy I'm trying to bombard but my planes aren't hitting them at all.

Yes in order for those to work on convoys it has to be carrying something the tac bombers would normally damage. If you are trying to use tacs on regular enemy navy you are using the wrong wrong planes. Keep in mind you can build naval bombers but up against cruisers and battleships that are stacked they wont make must of a difference. You can use them to take out subs pretty decently though.

But Tac Bombers and Fighters have a naval rating...they should do at least a little bit of damage against a convoy.
It seemed like such a waste to destroy an entire battle station just to eliminate one man. But Charlie knew that it was the only way to ensure the absolute and total destruction of Quasi-duck, once and for all.The saying, "beating them into submission until payday", is just golden...pun intended.

They have a naval rating yes but if you look at the naval air defense ratings you will see why they aren't the right choice to use.
