Call of war is unreachable for Android mobile

Hi!

Today I can't reach the game via Android mobile. The charging line is moving, but there is no usual tank moving above it. My friend uses iPhone and he said it had been an update today. Could anybody help to sign it for the developers? Thank you in advance!
