Please submit a bug report ingame and someone can enter the game and check to see what is happening and to determine a fix.

I tried to send to text to members of my coalition, and couldn't. Person to person chat works

Coalition chat is working now. If it happens again i will do a in game bug report.

For most minor glitches like buttons not working it is usually a case of your browser being forgetful. A simple refresh of the browser page usually solves this.
