I have problem with constructing fighters and bombers wich end up not upraded,on same map

Historic map tech issues
I've only played as Germany, but I have several issues:
- Germany had one carrier at the start of the war, which we even have as a level of the Carrier tech tree (Graf Zeppelin)
- You start with a Tank destroyer, yet dont have access to that technology according to the research
- You have level 3 infantry and battleships (to name a few) yet the game shows them as level one, which is rather annoying.

No offense but Germany was building that carrier and it was completed towards the last months of the war.

I know about the carrier...i'm just saying it isn't part of the starting when it should be, as it was used in several airstrikes against Polish cities

I have the same problem, but in my one Nuremberg doesnt produce Materials. And my units are all in level 1 but in the investigation says level 3. This is very annoying, please help
