I am trying to change my email for this game since I do not have access to my old email. If there is anyway I can get help in changing my email for my account that would be great.

From the main page click the settings under your name and rank on the right side of the screen.
From there you can change your email, change your password, adjust email notification settings, or delete your account.

It says the email already exist. I know someone found my email out an attempted to create a fake account to try an get me banned by using my email

Unless you mean here in the forum, which is separate from your game account.
For that click your name in the upper left here, and I believe you want the account management section.

In that case please submit a bug report. The best way will be from within a game for identity verification.
