New map
I have to say I do not care much for the new map, Its a bit too busy and you have forest graphics in plains, mountains in forest etc etc. Its just too busy and doesn't add anything to the game. The entire interface is disappointing.

I did try the reduced graphics and it was a little better, still like the old map better, not sure if there was a technical reason to change it such as loads faster.

Aeroplanes are interesting toys but of no military value.

How is it different from old Clash of Nations? I'm currently playing a game as France that is on Day 12.

Let's not confuse topics. The thread is about the new map graphics (new textures) available in beta games (frontline pioneer games), it is not about any actual map in terms of gameplay (nothing changed).
