That popup is triggered each time something is pushed to beta. Those can be very tiny under-the-hood things and are often times not worth mentioning.
Since we refactored parts of our code this time around you can look out for any bugs in general that would appear in the frontend.
You can also check if trading between non-coa members works again on beta.
The ingame notifications we usually only use for notable or complicated features that need extra testing.
