Seriously, every time I click the tab, nothing happens. Nothing shows up, no options change, nothing. Frontline Pioneer works just fine, but what exactly are Alpha Servers?

Frontline Pioneers play beta games on the beta servers. These are the testbed games.
Alpha servers run other games. As you are only a beta tester you don't have access to the games there.

Alpha servers are actually for QA to test features in alpha status, before they go to beta. This is done inhouse only, that's why the tab is not filled for beta users. It should actually not be visible for you, must be a bug.
Normally it goes like this:
alpha > beta > live

Yeah it asked me first to try then i press on yes button after that i see alpha servers but nothing. all empty

You only have beta server rights so far, so you don't have access to anythign on the alpha server.
