Transport problems

I have encountered a problem the transport ship researchable but cannot be produced and doesnt show up in the naval tab or did I miss something? Will it take time for it to be introduced into frontline pioneer games

Transport ships do not need to be built, they are automatically created when you tell a unit to move across the water.
