What is your perfect 10 stack of units

I would want around 5 heavy tanks 2 tank destroyers 1 mobilized anti-aircraft and 2 mechanized Infantry

depends on where you are fighting. But at least one higher level Artillery, One higher level anti-tank, one or two infantry, and then fill the rest with armor.

If I'm in an attacking situation (this depends on doctrine of course), it's four medium tanks, three mech inf, and three SPAA.

Pretty sure you've just discovered a loophole in the system...

10 infantry 10 anti tank 10 artillery 10 railroad gun 10 anti air if you are obsessed with 10

but I prefer 20 infantry 10 anti tank 10 railroad gun 20 anti air because you need infantry to put in front of range units and you need to divide artillery and railroad gun when they started to attack so both of them need different anti air stacks

only beginners write here like 3 moto inf 3 med tank 2 sp artillery 2 sp anti air similar things

Depends on doctrine a lot too, but overall:

3 ranged units, 2 AA(SP works too),2 anti unarmoured, 2 anti-tank(Tank destroyer too),and a medium tank.

My favorite doctrine is Pan-Asian so:

3 artillery, 2 AA, 3 infantry, 2 anti-tank guns.

an enemy commando stack can kill this stack easily

it is easy even for planes 1 spaa useless

you have an attacker stack without artillery it is ok but what is the role of armored car here ?

You have already motorized infantry as Scout and damage against enemy inf units

what you said is true: commandos damage this stack greatly but depends on whether you’re attacking or not

i dont like spamming heavy tanks if thats what youd expect; maybe replace 2 armored cars with one spaa and one heavy tank/tank destroyer

HT will slow down your complete stack. If you go for HT, you can accompany it with slow units like infantry and AA. Combining Mot inf and AC and MT seems illogical to me too: too many scout and not enough power. If you do not have ranged unit, you must have strength for melee combat, so more MT.

Defensive: 2 tank destroyers, 2 medium tanks and a bunch of elite infantries

Aggressive: 2 elite heavy tanks, 3 elite light tanks and adequate mot. infantries. To deal with emergencies, you may split the army and let light tanks and mot. infantries deal with the enemy unit (but not much), as they have high mobility.

A few SPAA and/or AC won't stop a large stack of planes, so you should put more in the stack, but as always, don't try to build a *perfect* stack, because then you'll be good at nothing. Either have tons of AA/SPAA in a stack or build Ints. But still ACs have nice AA value, so you might be a bit resistant to air with 10 AC stacks.
