100 players map - missing AC ?

Hello,

It may seem super minor, but I was surprised : I thought the start of the 100 map was, for everyone :

- 15 INF

- 2 AA

- 2 AC

- 1 Fighter

It looks like Tibet starts with only 1 AC. If I lose, I know who to blame :p

There are a few minor variations between the starting units.
