1944 Endgame bug ?

Hello, I seem to have a problem in 1944 Endgame ( 3vs3vs3), I can't move any ships from the Black Sea to the Mediterranean sea. Where is Istanbul I can't move any ships towards Greece , the land seems to be tighter there now in comparison with other maps that have that region.

My question is , it is set like that ? Or do I have a problem? I will join another game to test it and come with a later edit.

If anyone else is playing that map, please check near Istanbul. Forum attachment

Yes the strait at Istanbul is closed in all maps of this event.

I have not heard back yet if that was intended or a bug. Likely a missing section of pathway.
