Hi people.
I had two events that i cant explain happen to me today, if anyone can help me i ll appreciate it.
1- i captured warsaw, i had a large army siting on it, and it still rebeled. When i ordered my army to move away from it i captured it again!!!!
2- an inactive player requested to join my coa.
He has been inactive since day 4, and now on day 11 his request to join shows up!
I created the coa long after he went inactive, and he still is inactive.
So it is not a matter of a gigantic lag between he asking to join and me receiving the request.
Can the AI ask to join coas?
Are the server issues causing the game to go crazy?
for number 1.
it might have been that your units were slightly off the province center when the enemy was defeated.
due to the poor resolution in unit location shown in CoW there is no real way to diagnose this fault, other than double checking the province morale and "chance of an uprising". That is still no guarantee, since the notoriously low 14% province revolt half the time.
That makes sense.
