A message from a stranger

I happened to be going true my messages in Call of War and i found a message written in Portugese by a player who i dont have any association with what so ever (i am not portugese and i dont know anybody in call of war who is portugese either). The message was sent to me last year and i hadnt noticed it. Google translate didnt do a very good job in translating as always and i dont know why was it sent to me in the first place, so i suppose it is a bug or some stranger just decided to send me (and problably to others too) some message in portugese. I am kinda confused.

Did anybody else also recive this message?
