A very unusual bug

So i got a fleet of 17 ships, which were originally stationed near midway island in my map, but now for some reason it shows that they're moved to north america somehow and they're stuck in between the USA/Mexico area and i can't move them, command them or do anything with them. If that can be fixed, i would appreciate it...
