easy to make this mistaken identification, since the clunky unit icons and flags are often far removed from the pin position. another common mistake is to assume an enemy capital is vacant because the defending units are invisible under the capital name and "10" label - as if we all didn't know that EVERY city in most maps is worth 10 VP.
