hi,is anyone else having issues with account. it appears that mine was reset back to very begining where shows recruit with 0 stats. tried refreshing page but with no luck. i've had this happen a couple other times but seemed to always correct itself after refresh or closing cow tab n re-opening. curious if anyone else having same issues

I have the same problem.
My level was reset to level 1.
In my profile it continues to show my medals and achievements by the level reset to level 1 and the statistics reset also
i already tru to refresh the page but the problem continues.

Reloaded many times and it's been almost 2 days now....still no reset.

Beyond annoying. Been waiting forever for Free for All event and now I can't join because of rank reset!

Zeroing out 'stats' is a recurring fault, seen it several times before. Not a high priority for fixing, else it wouldn't happen more than once. The net effect is to reduce the number of games that players can enter, so perhaps it saves on server load?

Apparently, I'm not the only one, the same thing happened to me too, but I think it's problems with the server, I think they're working on fixing everything, just imagine being number 1 in the rankings.

Still not completely fixed yet.
Can't get 95% of the service records....including my own.
