i think you joined the same game from two accounts

Accounts are shared across all Bytro games. This means that you can use your CoW username to log into S1914. This being said, the anti cheat will flag you if it detects 2 different accounts with the same IP address. Start a private conversation with an SMOD, and explain to them. They will be able to help you.

Thanks but SMOD ? Where can I find SMOD ?

The English SMODs are Stormbringer50 and byzantion1683.

It appears to me that you triggered the automated anti cheat system by accessing more than one account from the same location.

or unless u have a sibling playing the game on the same wifi... I have pulled this out from the banned account thread so read

Note: Ignorance is no excuse you get mail sent to your game account and a message is also sent to your registered email address. It is then in your own interest to reply to that mail as soon as you get it and NOT ignore the support team.

Hi thanks . I read your message . First I not see any warning message . System says I banned because ( I'm using multiple accounts and I'm playing from same network ) . But this not true . My game name is - Major Batraa . And my friend game name is - Sumit vajra . But I'm not playing my friend game . My friend playing on game sometimes on my network . I banned . I need help and want my account back early.

As you have submitted multiple tickets those will be replied to. Tickets are handled based on the order in which they are received.

The problem, in case you hadn't already figured it out, is that you can use the same accounts in s1914 and CoW (and CoN and NWE), so if you have your s1914 account open CoW will detect that there is another CoW account from the same IP address (because that account could be used in CoW) and decide you're cheating. Once you get your accounts back you should probably just get rid of one of them and use the same one for both games.
