so I accidentally deleted my account 
. I made a new one and a week later dr. lieperchaun revived my old account 
. i am trying to sign into it but it will say wrong password. so I try to make a new account but it says I am registered. I try clicking forgot password and it says my account was banned . help?
Did you use the same email address for the new account after you deleted the first? Likely that caused a conflict somewhere along the line.
If you have a message from Dr L that you can reply to that would be the quickest way to sort it all out. Otherwise you will have to submit a bug report and someone can help you recover/change your password.
yes, I did use the same e-mail address. also what is your game name? you follow me around a lot so who are you?

whoa whoa whoa. I am so confused WiseOdin. I did what to my old e-mail? also the issue was not fixed, neither accounts work still.
The original attacker101 account had no email address with it anymore.
WiseOdin used the email address you gave for the new account in the original Attacker101 account.
Attacker, this should probably move to private, check forum conversations.

You likely would have received a message in your inbox that would have also been sent to your registered email address. Replying to that message will make sure your message reaches the correct room in the support department.
If you do not have a message there you should create a bug report to start a support ticket for your issue. A ticket in the support system is necessary for action to be taken, and allows people in the support department to properly look in to your specific issue. Preferably bug reports should come from your account within a game, but in cases where you are unable to access your game you can send one from the main callofwar.com page:
After doing either of those things your support ticket will be handled in the order they were received. Be patient and do not create multiple support tickets as that just slows down the process.
