I tried collecting 2000 gold from playing on PC for 20 days and 1000 gold from playing mobile 3 days, pressed claim, but was not credited to my account!

reloaded the page over n over again but still nothing happened!

didn’t get the gold, and it said I claimed already.

It can take 24 hours for rewards to be credited to your account.

it actually sounds like a bug. Can u look into this? Most of us are very desperate for gold and want what we earned as soon as possible.

As Vorlon said, it can take twenty-four hours or so for these rewards to be distributed.

If, after that time has passed, you're certain this did not occur, you're more than welcome to submit a ticket/bug report.
