Achievement Gold Rewards

My two most recent achievements took 2 days and 5 days before the gold was claimable.

same issue here.

The reward comes up as claimable. I claim it but doesn't show up.

4 days now and still no reward for Desktop General. 2 more achievements due to be completed within the next few days. Will I not receive these too? Has there been any post from the Support group saying that they know of the issue and are working on it? IS there a support group?

I FINALLY got the Desktop General reward gold....

Here we go again. 2 more achievements worth 4k gold waiting for payment...Now won a coalition victory. Got the 3500 gold but not the bonus for score, another 680. 4680 gold they owe me.

We should not have to wait days for the rewards gold

Fwiw coalition victories don't give you bonus gold for score. You just get the flat amount

Under the rewards list for victory it says...and I quote..."In addition to the conditional reward, players also get their score as gold"

If this is no longer the case then this line should be removed.

As far as I can remember, coalition win rewards have always been irrespective of player score, to decrease infighting over who gets to conquer which city. I see this:

As for achievemrnt gold rewards: Sadly right now it indeed may take some days, this is expected and cant be changed in the current stats system. But you will still get your gold, dont worry. A new system is in the works but it might still take months until it is ready.

I understand and hope it doesn't take months for the new set up. But with all due respect, how many days could we be talking about before the rewards are payed out? I'm up to 5 now and a total of 4 achievements completed and waiting. Another 2 to be completed today. I don't have the video gold availability and I need that gold.

It can take up to 5 days. But because the script takes so long to complete, it often times breaks in between, and then it takes even longer. For example in the last 2 weeks the script didn't successfully complete and had to restart from scratch. It got restarted again today.

This won't change until we have the new stats system in place.

I had one coming in directly after I got a solo, but am still waiting for two others to be rewarded in gold (militia and close combat). Its weird, biut I do not care too much as I have all top tier ranks complete and do not use gold in general

I'm up to 6 achievements waiting for payout. The first was 8 days ago.

Exact same here. Got my achievements for confirming 45 team victories and some pacific map wins, five days ago. Contacted the support two days ago, still no response or gold. Terrible.

Just hit 9 achievements unpaid...total of 10k gold owed...spread out over the last 10 days. 2 more achievements will be reached within 24 hours.

This is ridiculous. Pay us what we have earned.

Mine have been paid out, thx, took some a numberof days, 8 or so, but if that is the process than hey, I dont care as long as it is being done.
