Achievements bugged

Two problems I'm seeing with achievements in my current game:

1. Increments to conditions to fulfill some achievements are not being added to the total.

2. Gold award for fulfilling achievements is uncollectible.

In regards to #1, my Carpetbomber achievement (there may be others but I haven't noted them) has been stuck at 46/50 for 3 days. No matter how many enemy I eliminate, it does not complete.

As to #2, I've completed both Desktop General (36-48 hrs ago) and Guerilla Fighter (~2 hrs ago), but have not been able to collect the reward for either.
