Ad banner hurts game performance, small gold purchase does not remove.

The ad banner is killing performance of the game. Don't be fooled, buying gold doesn't remove it. I disable fog of war and all province/resource descriptions and still, the game runs very poorly. I have 55 mbps download and 5 mbps upload so it isn't my pc or internet. Fix this asap.
