first: If you have ad block installed, try turning it off and check if the intrusive ad goes away after reloading.
second: Is this with all ads or specific ads? if specific ads: Please post a screenshot and the URL the ad links to.

Also to re-iterate: If this ever happens for specific ads only then please share the ad URL with us (the URL is the website this ad leads to). But since this seems to be a general problem Devs & QA will look into it.
