Ads overlaying main window

This happens to me as well. It will cover up the scroll bar on the game homepage and the support chat in-game!

In the legacy GUI the adverts go away when a province Construction/Production menu is opened.

Question 1: Do you have any ad blocker installed? If so, please turn it off and reload and check if the ad is gone (yes I know it sounds counter intuitive... )

Question 2: Does it happen for all ads or specific ads? If this is triggered by specific ads: Can you post the URLs of the ads?

I wanted to know question 1 also from the OP, unless you speak directly for the OP? I ask because this it was a known issue in the past, that turning on ad block causes ads to spill over.

Yes I saw the screenshot. For specific problematic ads we still need the specific ad URL though (the website this ad leads to) so that we can proceed to block those specific ads. Since we have countless ads served a screenshot alone often doesnt suffice, as we need the URL to find them.

But if its a general issue unrelated to specific ads then this is not needed, and instead needs to be looked into by devs, so an info if it happens with many ads or only specific ads would be nice as well.

BTW I only have the problem in Chrome, Edge works just fine.

You should be able to copy the URL by right clicking on them and then selecting "copy link", then you dont need to go to their page. But you only need to report this if it is specific ads that have this problem. If all ads of different kinds have this problem then it is probably not related to the ad itself. (this wasnt answered here yet if it affects many different ads or only a select few)

Actually it seems to be one "family" of ads, which are also the ones most commonly shown. They don't have a link, but an image URL:

the image URL shows nothing sadly. But you should be able to right click on them and then select "copy link"

Otherwise, please attach the image of those ads here in the forum as file.

Or in the worst case please describe what the ads are showing and in which country you are located.

All the variations also want to sell me those night vision glasses (the top one) under different slogans and pictures; the other one is usually about how surprised I'll be at low fees for lawyers, home renovators, and similar services.
