Advertisement in Another Language

I barely speak any other languages than English, other than a measly amount of German (compared to fluent speakers, anyway) and a Middle School Latin education, which is a dead language anyways. So it kind of bugged me when I was playing Call of War on the English servers and an ad in Spanish for insulin shots came up on the right side of the screen. I have a picture: I got it as it was just fading away.

I don't have diabetes personally, but I can see why it is on Call of War (a lot of older people especially play the game [not a bad thing! I love the fact that people of all ages can play with each other] and generally, the older you get, the more increased risk diabetes is). Except I don't understand why it is in Spanish.
