After Splitting a Large Group of AF...one has disappeared.

After grouping most of my Air Force to deal with an invasion, after a successful defense I split the large body into 3 parts to send them back to their home bases - 1 has disappeared out of the game.
Wondering if any one else has had this happen...and want my 15 air units back!

yeah i had it happen a few times, also filed a bug report but i was just given the merry-go-round of ah your noob, ah you got attacked, ah you got blablabla, all that when I explicitly explained that it happened in-front of my eyes.
so you lost those, never to be seen again.
btw i also lost a few *entire* maps. just vanished into thin air. aren´t anywhere to be seen/found.
I paid HC a few times, of course I will never do that again unless I can be guaranteed that it wont happen again, or get a reimbursement. Then id be happy to. But if even entire maps disappear and half of my armies here and there, and once in a while..
Well maybe in your case they wil reappear after refreshing the site or after day change. But dont count on it.

I had this happen, what happened is my unit became invisible. Check the airbase, and then refresh the page to see if they are there.

Well its not happening now, it happened like a month ago, and I did try that to no avail. Though its not a big problem as my tactical skills are up to par to compensate when something like that happens, however its annoying lol

yeah well what makes dissapearing maps and dissapearing units hard to show?
Its becouse it is not possible to take a picture before and after, proving that initially we had those units and afterwards we did not, its a re-occuring bug but its not that re-occuring that we can do that can we?
Just to run a programm to capture a screenvideo for something that rarely happens is a bit over the top and makes no sense to do so, recording and sifting trough countless of hours and days of vid data to do soemthing that bitrow should actually be doing?
Under normal cicumstances it would be easy to do so but when things start to dissapear, thats where things change.
I think admins/bitrow should just take our word for it and ty to figure out what happened, as more then just 1 person now explained it, its not a just 1 time thing..
