After update shortest route goes across territory without right of way.

And I don't think it would be shortest route when considering that speed is cut in half. Now I have to add target a bunch of times to get to where I want. Or go to war.

Also kind of prefer the old graphics. Don't need the card display really.

Or was it always like this? Not even getting warning about starting a war.
